Collection: Field Watches - Dirty Dozen

A modern field-watch lineage

The Dirty Dozen story isn’t just history - it’s a design discipline.
Following the intent of the 1945 W.W.W. (Wrist Watch Waterproof) specification, the design is defined by clarity, balance, and restraint.

Our Dirty Dozen range keeps the same restraint, same proportions and intent.

Four versions. One platform.

Movement and crystal choices that shift the character and ownership experience.

  • FLY E03/H:

    The meca-quartz advantage

The Fly E03/H keeps the same disciplined layout - but chooses a movement built for stable, daily accuracy.
Powered by the proven Seiko VH60 meca-quartz movement it combines the reliability and accuracy of quartz with the satisfying smooth sweep of a mechanical second hand.

Where the standard Dirty Dozen design has its small seconds sub-dial, the E03/H has a 24-hour hand. A subtle change - as it shifts the rhythm of the dial.

    Designed for precision and ease

Paired with a plexiglass crystal, it retains a vintage character. And beneath the surface it is the most effortless watch to live with.
No winding. No drift. No compromise on feel.

A modern tool watch in the spirit of the original, crafted for maximum durability, and engineered for those who appreciate both tradition and technical excellence.

  • FLY E03/T:

    Before the Dirty Dozen

The Fly E03/T sits just outside the main chapter - and that is precisely its appeal. Inspired by earlier Army Trade Pattern (ATP) watches, it reflects the transition from pocket watches to purpose-built wrist instruments.
It’s the preface to the story: quieter, less defined by “icon status”, more defined by necessity.

    Plexiglass character

Plexiglass softens the watch visually, adding warmth and subtle distortion - closer to what soldiers would have seen in the early years of WWII.

Almost not a Dirty Dozen, and yet clearly part of the same lineage. A watch for those who prefer the origin story.

  • FLY E03/S:

    The most straightforward version

The Fly E03/S is our cleanest expression of the original brief. With sapphire crystal, a black dial with clear white marker and automatic movement, it keeps the disciplined Dirty Dozen layout intact.

The E03/S brings the wartime idea into the present with quiet confidence - practical, wearable, and unpretentious.

    A no-nonsense field watch

A no-nonsense military watch, updated for modern use. Automatic, uncomplicated, and built for daily wear. Utilizing surgical-grade 316L stainless steel, a screw-down case back, and 100m water resistance, the E03/S is built for modern adventures, honoring the rugged legacy of its battlefield predecessors.

Clear at a glance, calm on the wrist, and easy to live with in the way a proper field watch should be.

  • FLY E03/M:

    The flagship expression

The Fly E03/M elevates the platform with a Swiss Sellita SW260 movement and a more refined overall execution. Not louder - just more complete.

This is where heritage proportions meet Swiss mechanical credibility, without changing the quiet discipline of the design.

    The Dirty Dozen, fully realised

The E03/M is for those who want the most complete and considered version in the range - the one that feels “finished” in every detail, yet never tries to impress.

A modern field watch built on restraint: calm on the wrist, confident in use, and made to stay relevant for years.

Dirty Dozen

The Story Behind

A Military Icon, Reimagined

In 1944, twelve watchmakers answered the British military’s call for a durable, precise, and highly legible wristwatch. Known today as the Dirty Dozen, these watches set the benchmark for military timepieces.

Designed for the battlefield, they had to be shockproof, waterproof, and easy to read in any condition. This legacy of resilience continues to inspire military and tool watches to this day.

Honouring the Past, Built for the Future

Our Dirty Dozen collection pays tribute to the originals while embracing modern advancements.

We maintain the classic military aesthetics - bold Arabic numerals, highly legible dials, and robust cases - while refining them with updated movements and materials. The result? A watch that captures history while delivering the performance expected by today's watch aficionados.
