Free worldwide delivery on all watch orders
Free worldwide delivery on orders over $130 / A$160 / 1,000 DKK / €100 / £100.
All current watches qualify for free delivery.
We ship from Denmark to customers worldwide using established international carriers, primarily UPS.
Most in-stock orders arrive within 4-7 business days, and all shipments are fully tracked. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and whether the watch requires individual preparation before dispatch.
United States
US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Enoksen handles the customs process and pays applicable import duties and customs clearance charges, so there are no import duty or customs clearance charges to pay on delivery.
European Union
Prices include applicable VAT. There are no additional customs duties or import charges on delivery.
Other Countries
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, duties or import charges, depending on the destination. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are payable by the customer.
Shipping Fees
For orders below $130 / A$160 / 1,000 DKK / €100 / £100 (strap and accessory-only orders), a shipping fee of $14 / A$16 / 50 DKK / €10 / £9 will apply.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Pre-orders
For pre-order watches, the expected delivery date and payment details are shown on the individual product page. We'll keep you updated by email until your watch is ready to ship.
