Once we receive your purchase order we will contact you to agree the wording. Please note that the engraving service will add 3-4 days to the delivery time of your watch.

Is shipping free on watch orders?
Yes. All current watches qualify for free worldwide delivery.
For orders below $130 / A$160 / 1,000 DKK / €100 / £100 (strap and accessory-only orders), a shipping fee of $14 / A$16 / 50 DKK / €10 / £9 will apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Will I have to pay VAT, taxes or import duties?
For EU orders, VAT is included and there are no additional customs duties or import charges on delivery.
US orders are shipped DDP. Enoksen handles the customs process and pays applicable import duties and customs clearance charges, so there are no import duty or customs clearance charges to pay on delivery.
For other countries, local taxes, duties or import charges may apply. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are payable by the customer.

Can I return my watch?
Yes. A watch can be returned within 30 days, provided it is returned in new/unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Is the watch covered by warranty?
Yes. Every Enoksen watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty.
