ENOKSEN | FIELD Chronograph 002

  • This has been coming for quite some time. We've gone back and forth, changed direction more than once, and have finally arrived at a chronograph we can genuinely get behind.

    One watch, three different looks. Black rubber, khaki seatbelt NATO or tan canvas give the same chronograph three distinctly different characters.

    At 43mm across, the FIELD Chronograph has presence without wearing like an oversized watch. Its relatively short 50mm lug-to-lug and unusually narrow 20mm lug width keep the proportions compact, while the full-width 20mm straps give the watch substance and balance on the wrist.


    Add a 12-hour rotating bezel, sapphire crystal, 100 metres of water resistance and the proven Seiko VK63 meca-quartz movement, and you have a chronograph designed to be worn, used and enjoyed.

  • Black FKM rubber, khaki seatbelt NATO and tan canvas give the FIELD 002 three very different characters.

A case with a history

The case architecture of the FIELD 002 takes its proportions from one of the great purpose-built pilot's chronographs: the Heuer Bundeswehr 1550SG.

Its unusual combination of a substantial 43mm diameter, relatively short 50mm lug-to-lug and narrow 20mm lugs gave the original watch real presence without unnecessary bulk.

We've retained that proportion and brought the idea forward with anti-reflective sapphire crystal, 100 metres of water resistance and a bi-directional 12-hour steel bezel.

Watch feature

Two time zones. No extra hand

The bi-directional steel bezel uses a 12-hour scale rather than the conventional minute scale found on most chronographs.

Turn the bezel to the time difference at your destination and the same hour hand can indicate both local time and the time back home.

No additional GMT hand. No extra complication on the dial. Just a simple, useful function that's there when you need it.

A movement we know well

Inside the FIELD 002 is Seiko's proven VK63 meca-quartz chronograph movement - and it isn't new to us. We've used the VK63 successfully in earlier Enoksen references including the Drive E04 and Krono E08.

It combines the accuracy, robustness and convenience of quartz timekeeping with a mechanically actuated chronograph. Start the stopwatch and the central hand moves in crisp 1/5-second increments. Reset it and the hand snaps instantly back to zero.

Proven technology, excellent accuracy and a chronograph that's genuinely satisfying to use.

  • How it wears

    At 43mm across, the FIELD 002 has presence without wearing like an oversized watch. Its relatively short 50mm lug-to-lug keeps the case balanced on the wrist, while the narrow 20mm lug width helps preserve the proportions of the original design.

  • Strap design

    The straight, untapered 20mm straps keep the proportions purposeful and distinctly utilitarian, allowing the case to carry the visual weight while the strap stays simple and functional. It also makes the watch surprisingly easy to wear: less bulk around the wrist.

Is shipping free on watch orders?

Yes. Free worldwide shipping applies to all watch orders, including extra straps purchased with a watch. Strap and accessory-only orders have a separate shipping fee.

Can I return my watch?

Yes. A watch can be returned within 30 days, provided it is returned in new/unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Is the watch covered by warranty?

Yes. Every Enoksen watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty.
